Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes your order to be shipped from our suppliers' warehouses to you, which typically takes 5-14 days. 

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to easily locate your order directly from our website at any time. Please note that while a majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it at all times.
